Usually when you
build a motocross track, you're starting from scratch, and the
property is void of any resources. The first order of
business is to get all of your necessary permitting and any
zoning
variances that are necessary. I'm aware of people that
have bought property and built a motocross track without first
getting the necessary permits or zoning approval's. It's a
lot easier if you get all of the city, county and state hurdles
taken care of be the first shovel full of dirt is turned.
It's difficult to plan
a complete motocross facility if you've never done it before,
but planning is important. Somewhere in your planning you
need to provide for buildings, whether it's restrooms, sign-up,
concessions, storage, office or scoring tower. We can provide all of
these buildings as pre-fabricated structures, which is less
expensive than building the structures from the ground up We
